This AI Use Policy explains how SARFUSE uses artificial intelligence to help you create content, what you can and cannot do with our AI features, and your responsibilities when using AI-generated output. SARFUSE is operated by SAR Management LLC as part of the SAR digital agency family. By using any AI feature in SARFUSE — including MIRA, caption generation, content ideas, and platform variants — you agree to this policy alongside our Terms of Service.
When you use MIRA or any AI-assisted feature in SARFUSE, you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a human. AI-generated responses, captions, ideas, and recommendations are produced by machine-learning models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your business. A visible 'AI Assistant' or 'AI-generated' indicator appears wherever AI output is shown so you always know which content was machine-produced.
You may use SARFUSE's AI features to brainstorm content ideas, draft captions and hashtags, generate platform-specific variants, develop ad concepts and strategy suggestions, and refine or edit your own writing. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every piece of AI-generated content before you publish it.
You agree not to use SARFUSE's AI features to: (a) generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit; (b) impersonate another person or business without permission; (c) create deceptive or manipulative content intended to mislead, including fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fabricated endorsements; (d) generate content that closely mimics or reproduces a specific copyrighted work, living artist's style, or branded material you do not have rights to; (e) produce disinformation, political misinformation, or content that interferes with civic processes; (f) use AI output in a way that violates a connected social platform's policies; or (g) use AI output to harm, discriminate against, or exploit any person or group. Violations are addressed under our Terms of Service (Section 5, Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension).
AI-generated content may contain factual errors, outdated information, biased language, or suggestions that do not fit your business or audience. SARFUSE and SAR Management LLC do not guarantee that any AI-generated content is accurate, complete, safe, or suitable for your needs. You bear all risk associated with using AI-generated content. Always review AI output against your own knowledge of your business, industry rules, and local regulations before publishing.
AI models are trained on large datasets that may include copyrighted or third-party material. Output from SARFUSE's AI features may occasionally resemble or incorporate patterns from existing works. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content you publish does not infringe another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. SAR Management LLC is not liable for AI output that inadvertently resembles third-party material, and you indemnify us against claims arising from content you choose to publish.
Under current U.S. law, purely AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection because it lacks human authorship. SAR Management LLC does not claim ownership of the AI-generated content you create with SARFUSE, but you acknowledge that such content may not be protectable by copyright. You retain ownership of the original media and inputs you provide.
Before publishing any AI-generated content to a connected social account, you must review it for accuracy, tone, brand fit, legal compliance, and platform-policy compliance. SARFUSE provides editing tools and an approval workflow so you can modify or reject any AI output. Publishing AI-generated content constitutes your representation that you have reviewed it and accept responsibility for it.
When you upload media or enter text into an AI feature, that input is sent to our AI providers (such as OpenAI or Google) to generate your output. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models for the benefit of third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled and retained.
We may update this AI Use Policy as AI technology and regulation evolve. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of AI features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
