We may offer a 7-day free trial of paid plans. Before the trial starts, you will be shown the selected recurring price and billing frequency and asked to affirmatively agree to automatic renewal. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel online at any time before the trial ends to avoid the first recurring charge. Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly access free trials is prohibited under our Terms of Service (Section 5) and may result in immediate termination without refund.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance based on the plan you select. Your subscription automatically renews at the disclosed frequency and price unless you cancel before the next billing date, subject to any notice requirements required by law. SARFUSE is operated by SAR Management LLC, part of the SAR digital agency family.
You can cancel directly online from Billing by selecting Cancel Subscription. You do not need to call, email, chat with support, or complete a retention conversation. The cancellation flow is available through the same online service used to manage your subscription. Unless otherwise disclosed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund but will retain access until the end of the billing period. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days for a review. Accounts terminated for cause under our Terms of Service (Section 5, Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension) forfeit any remaining prepaid access and are not eligible for refunds, including where termination results from chargeback fraud, multiple-account abuse, or other conduct that harms our business.
If you do not cancel before your 7-day trial ends, the payment method provided at checkout will be charged for the recurring plan you selected. We provide subscription and cancellation information in the product and send notices when required by applicable law.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, or doing so after receiving the Service in good standing, may be treated as payment fraud under our Terms of Service (Section 5). We may dispute unwarranted chargebacks with evidence of Service delivery and may suspend accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks.
