SARFUSE (the "Service") is a content production and scheduling platform that helps agencies manage client media, generate AI-enhanced social content, and streamline approval workflows. SARFUSE is operated by SAR Management LLC ("SAR Management LLC," "we," "us," or "our"), a company that is part of the SAR digital agency family of brands. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SAR Management LLC.
SARFUSE provides tools for uploading and organizing media, generating AI-assisted captions, hashtags, and platform-specific content variants, scheduling and publishing to connected social accounts, managing approvals and edit requests, and tracking content performance. SARFUSE is designed for anyone — small businesses, creators, and brands — who want a simple, sustainable, easy and efficient way to have an AI CMO (MIRA) optimize and help grow and create content for their social media community or brand. We may update, add, or remove features at any time, and some features may be available only with certain paid plans. The Service is not directed to children under 16, and you must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use it.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including a valid business name and contact email, and to update that information if it changes. You may not share your account credentials or transfer your account to another person without our consent. One natural person or business entity may maintain only one active client account at a time unless we expressly permit otherwise; creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, trial restrictions, or enforcement actions is prohibited under Section 5. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through the Service, and you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise harmful, and not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, third-party right, or platform policy of a connected social network. Conduct that violates these Terms is described in detail in Section 5 (Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension), and violations may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of fees, and other remedies described there and in Section 9 (Termination).
To protect the integrity of the Service, our paying customers, and the SAR digital agency family's business, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any fees paid, and disqualification from future trials or sign-ups: (a) creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials, stack promotional offers, or circumvent plan limits; (b) using disposable emails, false identities, or fake business information to evade enforcement or trial restrictions; (c) chargeback or payment fraud, including initiating unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving the Service, or using a payment method you are not authorized to use; (d) scraping, automated querying, reverse engineering, or attempting to access our systems, data, or APIs beyond what the Service's normal interface permits; (e) circumventing plan limits, rate limits, or publishing quotas through scripting, account sharing, or other workarounds; (f) uploading or publishing content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or that violates a connected social network's policies; (g) abusive behavior toward SARFUSE staff, support agents, or other users, including threats, harassment, or coordinated complaint campaigns; (h) referring yourself or using fraudulent methods to generate affiliate commissions; and (i) any conduct that, in our reasonable judgment, materially harms SAR Management LLC's operations, revenue, customer retention (churn), profitability, or reputation. We may investigate suspected violations using account, usage, and billing data, and we may suspend access during an investigation. Suspended or terminated-for-cause accounts are not entitled to refunds under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Paid subscriptions are offered on recurring monthly or annual billing through Stripe or our other authorized payment processors. When you start a 7-day free trial, you affirmatively agree that the selected plan will automatically renew at the disclosed price and frequency unless you cancel. You may cancel online at any time from Billing without contacting support. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or as required by law. We may change our fees or introduce new charges on reasonable notice; existing subscriptions continue at the then-current rate until renewal. Accounts terminated for cause under Section 5 forfeit any remaining prepaid access without refund.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate captions, hashtags, titles, content ideas, and platform variants. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, and may reflect biases of its training data. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it, and you must not publish content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or a connected platform's policies. SAR Management LLC does not claim ownership of AI-generated content you create, but you are solely responsible for how it is used.
You retain ownership of the content and media you upload. SAR Management LLC retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, branding, the SARFUSE name and logo, and the broader SAR digital agency family marks. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content as needed to provide the Service, including running AI generation and publishing to connected accounts on your behalf. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service itself without our written permission.
You may cancel your account at any time as described in Section 6. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, including the Prohibited Conduct in Section 5, or if your conduct exposes us or others to legal liability, harm, or financial loss. We may also terminate or restrict access for legitimate business reasons, such as discontinuing a feature or plan. Upon termination for cause, your right to use the Service ends immediately, any prepaid fees are forfeited, and we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy for investigation and legal-compliance purposes. For voluntary cancellations, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs. You bear all risk of using AI-generated and published content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAR Management LLC and its affiliates in the SAR digital agency family shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer protections apply. We and you each agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration rather than class actions, except for small-claims matters that may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. Any arbitration will be conducted in California unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
